Company History

Smartcard Systems Limited was originally set up in 2001 as an electronics component supplier for customers in Asia, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

In 2003, the company started to sell RFID related products including Access Control systems, RFID based smart cards and readers. The company also sold RFID contractless smartcard printers to China and Hong Kong.

In 2005, the company had been authorized as distributor of French made Evolis contactless RFID card printers for Hong Kong and Macau markets for more than three years.

We are authorised distributor of NISCA color card printers including PR-C101, PR-C201, PR5350 with related laminators, color ribbon, Cardexchange software and other consumables,etc.

We supply not only Nisca but Datacard, HID/Fargo , Evolis, Matica(former Digital Identification), Magicard color card printer products and consumables.

We supply also Matica automatic embosser or credit card /membership cards issuing systems.

We provide also membership card related software and hardware products solutions.

We are now a registered supplier for the Hong Kong SAR government. Supplier ID no.: 1062160.
